A data protection officer is not appointed. In accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR, the scope and scale of my activities do not require the appointment of a data protection officer.
2. Data processed for the purposes of delivery of the website and creation of the log files
a. Processed data and purposes of data processing
Each time the content of the website is accessed, data that may allow identification of persons are stored temporarily. The following data are collected:
- Date and time of access
- IP address
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Referring URL (website from which my website was accessed)
- Websites accessed via my website
- Page(s) on my website that are accessed
- Message indicating whether access was successful
- Volume of data transferred
- Information on the browser type and version used to access the website
- Visitor’s operating system
To enable the website to be displayed and navigated, data must be stored temporarily for the duration of a website visit. Data are further stored in log files to ensure the website’s functionality and the security of the information technology systems. These purposes of data storage also constitute my legitimate interest in processing of the data.

The data are processed in accordance with Article 6 (1) f of the GDPR.
c. Other recipients of the personal data in addition to the controller
The website is hosted by the following company:

The hosting company receives the above data in its capacity as a data processor.
d. Data storage period
The data are deleted as soon as they cease to be required for the purpose for which they were collected. With respect to delivery of the website, this is the case when the session has ended. The log files are automatically deleted after seven days.
3. Rights of data subjects
a. Information and access to personal data
In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you may request information regarding your personal data processed by me.
b. Right to object:
You have the right to object for specific reasons (see point II).
c. Right to rectification
Should the information concerning you not or no longer be accurate, you may request rectification in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. Should your data be incomplete, you may request that they be amended to make them complete.
d. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

g. g. Right to data portability
Collection of data for the purposes of delivery of my website and storage of log files are essential for the website’s operation. The basis for this collection and storage is not therefore consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) a of the GDPR or a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1) b of the GDPR. Rather, it is justified pursuant to Article 6 (1) f of the GDPR. The criteria for the right to portability stated in Article 20 (1) of the GDPR are therefore not met in this respect.
II. Right to object pursuant to Article 21 (1) of the GDPR
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6 (1) f of the GDPR. As the controller, I shall then no longer process the personal data unless I am able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Collection of data for the purposes of delivery of my website and storage of log files are essential for the website’s operation.
